“I’m a Horticulture Student… and This is How CHOCOMISTA Was Born”

I never thought my life among plants, soil, and sunshine would one day lead me to chocolate. As a horticulture student, I was always fascinated by how nature creates flavor—how a fruit ripens, how herbs release their oils, how flowers carry aroma. I spent years learning how to grow, care, and understand living things. But deep down, I had a sweet tooth… and a sweeter dream.
That dream took shape one day during a college trip to Ooty. We visited a small, local chocolate factory nestled between tea gardens. The scent of cocoa hit me first—rich, earthy, comforting. Watching the chocolate being poured, mixed, and shaped felt a lot like gardening. It needed
patience. It needed balance. It needed love. That moment stayed with me.

Back home, I started experimenting in my kitchen—not just with cocoa, but with everything I loved as a horticulturist. I infused chocolate with dried fruits, and nuts. I played with textures, aromas, and colors—just like designing a garden. And slowly, something beautiful emerged.

A brand that reflects my roots in nature, and my love for creativity started in the year of 2024. Not mass-produced. Not artificial. Just honest chocolate, handcrafted with natural ingredients and love.
