As a horticulture student, I was always fascinated by how nature creates flavor—how a fruit ripens, how herbs release their oils, how flowers carry aroma. I spent years learning how to grow, care, and understand living things. But deep down, I had a sweet tooth… and a sweeter dream.

That dream took shape one day during a college trip to Ooty. We visited a small, local chocolate factory nestled between tea gardens. The scent of cocoa hit me first—rich, earthy, comforting. Watching the chocolate being poured, mixed, and shaped felt a lot like gardening. It needed patience. It needed balance. It needed love. That moment stayed with me.
